Paris Fashion Week | Haider Ackermann FW 2012

Haider Ackermann | FallWinter 2012

The collection boasts simplicity, highlighting fashion for what it is. Stripped from any ostentatious details, the one thing noticeable is the movement: fabric that is draped, ruched or overlapped. The eyes are subliminally led to where each piece wants attention directed towards to. With confrontational colors, this is the collection for the bold. The no-frills. The voluptuous pieces, a juxtaposition of different shades of colors & textiles, are all visually controlled. The wider, bisected belts affirm an hourglass silhouette, adding horizontal movement. Although in a deceiving & silent state, these pieces speak loudly. | Giuseppe
